Summary of the Role

Join Rullion and embark on an exciting journey as a Senior Consultant within our dynamic Nuclear Practice Team. We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to provide advanced recruitment solutions across Nuclear (including NNB, decommissioning and more, contributing to the development of both client and candidate bases.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of delivering effective, consultative services at a senior level. Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of our Nuclear Practice Team.

Whilst the Nuclear team are predominantly based in our West Cumbria office, we're always happy to consider suitable applications from candidates based further afield on a remote/hybrid basis.

  • 🌍 Expand your client base through targeted sales and develop key accounts.
  • 🔍 Find and identify exceptional prospects, presenting the best candidates to clients.
  • 💻 Expertly use our candidate attraction tools and explore innovative recruitment strategies.
  • 💼 Manage and expedite the full sales cycle, pitching and negotiating our products.
  • 🚀 Land and expand - win new clients and grow relationships over time.
  • 🔍 Deliver a service meeting Quality and Compliance Standards.
  • 🌟 Contribute to raising the bar and evolving service delivery.
  • 👥 Contribute to team initiatives, share knowledge, and have fun while doing it!

What you bring to the role;

  • 💼 Previous experience in agency recruitment or sales (ideally in STEM), with a focus on senior-level executive search and high-value placements.
  • 🗣 Outgoing personality with confidence to network at a senior level.
  • 🛠️ Advanced knowledge of CRM & ATS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 🎯 Focus on leveraging technology in executive search and talent acquisition strategies
