Job Description

Job title: Senior EC&I Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £40-£70 Umbrella
Location: Devonport - 1/2 Days on site per month maximum
Hours of work: 36 hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Able to gain SC clearance
- Degree qualified
- Building services installation experience
- Experience working in complex buildings
- Electrical background
- Capable of working with work packages
- Knowledge of relevant engineering office computer applications

Role information:

- Provide technical design guidance and review EC&I system designs as defined in the safety case
- Ensure design documentation covers the required scope
- Manage the EC&I work packages that set out the project objectives
- Manage overall designer performance
- Lead the projects technical planning process
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the project
- Ensure records are appropriately managed and maintained
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
