Job Description

Job title: EC&I Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £30-£40/hr Umbrella
Location: Preston/Warrington/Cumbria
Hours of work: 37 hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Demonstrable knowledge of EC&I techniques and practices
- Good knowledge of technical documentation production
- Good design experience
- Detailed knowledge of standards and regulations
- Good communication skills
Ideally applicants should also have:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

Role information:

- Develop EC&I design drawings
- Produce calculations and technical documentation
- Prepare and review quality plans
- Ensure project works are delivered to scope and budget requirements
- Resolve technical issues and ensure changes are made to avoid further technical problems
- Ensure designs are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Produce and maintain health and safety documentation and ensure regulations and procedures are adhered to
